Hi, I’m Emma.

And I’m glad you found me.

My aim for any class we have together is for you to get out of your head, to move, breathe and leave every session feeling calmer, stronger and more like yourself again.

I’ve taught yoga for some 20 years in London and now East Sussex.

Everything from hatha, vinyasa, hot yoga, power yoga, then mirroring my own life, pregnancy and postnatal yoga and now women’s yoga to support perimenopause and menopause.

I’ve always thought yoga was magic, managing to top me up in whatever way I need.

It can be soothing when I’m strung out, power me up when I’m raring to go, and most importantly for me, it levels me out and brings me back to myself.

And in a world that never stops that’s really the part that I love sharing with other women the most.

Life is busy, and it’s easy to lose sight of yourself in the juggle of it all.

Taking time for yourself to practice yoga can be transformational.

My Approach

Yoga has a magical ability to leave you feeling content, energised and rebalanced; connected in a way that’s totally unique.

There is no right or wrong in my classes.

You don’t have to be able to touch your toes or hold a plank for ten minutes!

I will work with you - your body, your energy levels, your experience - and help you get the most from the practice.

So, come as you are. Step on to the mat and let the magic unfold.
